Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled Documentation Expert / Technical Writer with a strong technical background in software documentation.
• The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), and Requirement Gathering processes.
• They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clear, structured, and comprehensive documentation that supports software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including BRD, FRD, SRS, user manuals, and process workflows.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand and document requirements accurately. •
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions, ensuring business needs are well captured and translated into clear technical documents. •
• Ensure consistency, clarity, and compliance with industry standards in all documentation. • Utilize documentation tools and methodologies to improve content presentation and accessibility.
• Work closely with the quality assurance and development teams to ensure proper documentation of test cases and product functionality. • Revise and improve documentation based on stakeholder feedback and product enhancements.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum B.Tech / BE / MCA or equivalent qualification. •
• At least 5 years of professional experience in software documentation and requirement gathering.
• Expertise in technical writing tools (e.g., MS Word, Confluence, MadCap Flare, etc.).
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with document management systems and version control tools..
• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure) and API documentation is a plus.
