Senior Business Analyst / Project Delivery Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic techno-functional professional to spearhead intricate digital and data-driven projects for global clientele. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the complete project lifecycle encompassing various workstreams such as technology, data, quality assurance, and analytics. - Engage directly with corporate clients, particularly within the high-tech sector. - Convert business requirements into practical solutions and implementation strategies. - Manage stakeholder interactions, reporting mechanisms, risk mitigation, and client evaluations. - Facilitate Agile ceremonies, enhance team performance, and ensure punctual project delivery. - Lead and collaborate with extensive cross-functional teams both onshore and offshore. - Contribute to solution development, proposal creation, and continual enhancement of project delivery processes. Required Skills & Experience: - 8 to 12 years of experience in project delivery, program management, or techno-functional business analysis. - Proven track record of collaborating with multiple clients as a vendor or consulting partner. - Extensive exposure to high-tech corporate environments. - Proficiency in microservices, APIs, data engineering, architectural concepts, and quality assurance. - Familiarity with data science and analytics initiatives. - Sound knowledge of Agile methodologies. - Exceptional communication skills, adept at managing clients, and adept problem-solving abilities. - Capability to handle multiple stakeholders and drive outcomes focused on objectives.,
