Senior Business Analyst

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 3 - 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, must have 2+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain software, preferably in SaaS or tech-driven industries. Gather and analyze complex business requirements through stakeholder interviews, data analysis, workshops, and market research. Strong knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart, Visily, Figma, Excel, and SQL for data-driven analysis. Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Facilitate communication between business, product, development, and QA teams, ensuring a shared understanding of goals and deliverables. Lead requirement gathering sessions, gap analyses, and impact assessments for new and existing products/processes. Create and maintain documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, PRDs, process flows, and wireframes. Conduct competitor benchmarking and market analysis to support strategic decision-making and product positioning. Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Monitor KPIs and metrics post-implementation to evaluate project success and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Intend to work with long term in our company and grow along with the company. Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the continuous improvement of BA best practices and frameworks. Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and product lifecycle. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
