Client: Technology GCC for Global Biotech Company
6-8 years of experience working in a collaborative team environment including both IT and business personnel
2-3 years of process improvement experience, especially experience that leverages technology as part of the solution.
3-5 years experience developing user requirements and functional specifications for applications used in process development and analytical labs
3-5 years experience working in a regulated environment with knowledge of GMPs, GDPs
Ability to identify and recommend process improvements
Ability to identify issues, independently resolve routine issues, and escalate more complex issues to a higher level
In depth knowledge of business functional area with strong understanding of business unit (Or if new to business area, strong learning agility to achieve in depth knowledge)
Understanding of the technology offerings applicable to the business when assisting in the design of solutions
Has knowledge of and utilizes software lifecycle methodologies
Knowledge and Understanding of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11 and Data Integrity
Strong Interpersonal, Verbal and Written Communication
