Senior Business Analyst / Commercial Lead for AI products

As a Commercial Lead for AI products (Global) at Linde, you will be a key member of the Artificial Intelligence team within Linde's AI global corporate division. Your role involves working on real business challenges and opportunities in multiple countries, focusing on extending existing AI products and developing new ones for various use cases across Linde's business and value chain. You will collaborate with Project Managers, Data Scientists, Data and Software Engineers, and other team members in the international AI team at Linde. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing transformative AI use cases in collaboration with the business and scouting for external technologies - Driving end-to-end product activities and unique product service offerings for Linde AI with Business Units, Corporate Functions, and external partners - Leading end-to-end product development with internal and external data scientists and software engineers - Working with potential partners, initiating exploratory talks, and building consensus with senior executives both internally and externally - Preparing and aligning commercial business impact estimates with senior stakeholders in the Linde business and productivity or finance teams - Acting as a key service contact for Linde departments on all relevant Linde AI use-case topics Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor or Masters Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field - 5+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, or digital transformation roles, preferably in a tech or industrial setting - Experience in GenAI and AI Agents is a strong plus - Successful track record of executing international projects independently, from concept to sign-off - Strong financial background, analytical skills, and business and financial modeling skills, with a consulting background being a plus - Strong communication skills and ability to start and execute projects independently - Deep understanding of Linde business, core values, and operating model - Knowledge in one or two business areas of Linde preferred - Ability to connect people and ideas, convince and motivate stakeholders, and build synergies in a matrix organization Linde is a leading global industrial gases and engineering company operating in more than 100 countries worldwide.
