Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Building Physics Consultant to join our team at Atkins Global. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building physics and excellent analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Conduct thorough analysis of building designs and constructions to ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.
Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve the energy efficiency and sustainability of buildings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate building physics principles into project design and development.
Provide expert advice on building materials, insulation, and ventilation systems to optimize performance.
Perform site visits to monitor construction progress and identify potential issues or defects.
Develop and maintain detailed reports on building performance and energy usage.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of building physics principles, including heat transfer, thermodynamics, and fluid dynamics.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Energy Efficiency simulation tools.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
