Senior Brokerage Operations Specialist

Role Overview: You will be responsible for team leadership, operational oversight, compliance and risk management, problem resolution, data analysis and reporting, and process improvement in the financial service customer service/operations leadership role. Key Responsibilities: - Supervising, training, and developing a team of service agents - Ensuring adherence to company policies and fostering a high-performance team atmosphere - Managing day-to-day operational activities of the broker dealer with accuracy, compliance, and efficiency - Identifying and mitigating areas of operational risk - Addressing customer complaints, escalating issues, and enhancing customer satisfaction - Tracking KPIs, providing insights into the customer service experience - Analyzing customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance the customer experience Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of financial service customer service/operations leadership experience - Strong understanding of the US equities market and brokerage-related functions - FINRA Series 7 and Series 24 licenses required - Strong communication skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work effectively across multiple functional teams - Act-like-an-owner mentality Additional Company Details: You will be joining a team backed by Walmart and Ribbit Capital, deeply embedded with the distribution of the world's largest omnichannel retailer.
