The role involves supervising, training, and developing a team of service agents, ensuring a high-performance team atmosphere and adherence to company policies. You will work with the Brokerage Operations Lead to manage day-to-day operational activities of the broker dealer, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This includes daily monitoring of operational reports, escalating any issues, and addressing customer complaints to enhance customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating areas of operational risk, tracking KPIs, providing insights into the customer service experience, analyzing customer feedback for process improvement, and implementing changes to enhance the customer experience. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 7 years of financial service customer service/operations leadership experience, a strong understanding of the US equities market and brokerage-related functions, and possess FINRA Series 7 and Series 24 licenses. Strong communication skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work effectively across multiple functional teams are essential. An "act-like-an-owner" mentality is also highly valued.
