What makes the role meaty?

• Owning

  the category-led brand strategy

  across Chicken, Mutton, Fish & Seafood – for both online and offline
• Solving for penetration and frequency by

  defining need-based, occasion-specific propositions.

• Co-owning business KPIs: funnel drop-offs, repeat, attach rates, and O2+ conversion.
• Developing performance and brand campaigns — from insight to brief to post-analysis.
• Leading cross-functional collaboration with category, CRM, creative, social, retail ops.
• Tracking and diagnosing category performance; own the plan to fix, grow, and scale

• 7-8 years in consumer brand or category marketing (D2C or FMCG)
• Strong business acumen and hunger to solve real problems — not just make great ads
