Senior Brand Manager - Raw & Fresh

As a Bengaluru based meat and seafood company, Licious was founded in 2015 by Abhay Hanjura and Vivek Gupta, our foodie founders and friends. Operating as India's most successful D2C food-tech brand in 20 cities, we delight over 32 lac customers with our de-licious fresh meat and seafood. In this role, you will own Licious" biggest business engine and lead it into the next phase of growth. Beyond being a brand custodian, you will function as the P&L-adjacent brand lead, tackling real market issues such as driving new trials, increasing frequency, expanding category adoption, and deepening emotional affinity. Your approach will be customer-centric, driving the brand and business forward. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own the category-led brand strategy across Chicken, Mutton, Fish & Seafood for both online and offline platforms. - Develop need-based, occasion-specific propositions to drive penetration and frequency. - Co-own business KPIs including funnel drop-offs, repeat purchases, attach rates, and O2+ conversion. - Create and execute performance and brand campaigns, from insight to post-analysis. - Lead cross-functional collaboration with category, CRM, creative, social, and retail ops teams. - Track and analyze category performance, leading the plan to fix, grow, and scale. **Qualifications Required:** - 7-8 years of experience in consumer brand or category marketing (D2C or FMCG). - Strong business acumen with a focus on solving real problems rather than just creating great ads. - Bias for insight, rigorous planning, and complete ownership of execution. - Deep passion for food, cultural nuances, and understanding everyday customer decisions.
