We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Brand Manager / Digital Performance Manager to lead our brand strategy and digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibility:

Develop and implement brand strategies that reflect our hospitals values and mission.
Lead impactful marketing campaigns across digital channels to boost patient acquisition and community engagement.
Manage and optimize paid search, social media, email, and display campaigns for maximum ROI.
Collaborate with clinical teams and leadership to create clear, patient-focused messaging.
Analyze campaign performance data and use insights to improve marketing results.
Ensure brand consistency across all communications and marketing materials.

Qualification:

5+ years of experience in brand management and digital marketing, preferably in healthcare or related fields.
Proven track record of delivering successful integrated marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, etc.).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex healthcare topics.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects.
