Senior BIM MEP/HVAC Designer

As a skilled MEP/HVAC Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and modeling MEP/HVAC systems utilizing BIM tools such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. Your key duties will include coordinating and integrating MEP/HVAC systems with Architectural and Structural designs, conducting clash detection, and resolving design conflicts to ensure a smooth project execution. Additionally, you will review and enhance design drawings for accuracy, compliance, and quality standards while providing technical expertise and resolving design-related issues to support project teams effectively. Your role will also involve preparing detailed design documentation encompassing drawings, specifications, and reports, as well as assisting in managing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Ensuring all MEP/HVAC designs adhere to industry standards, building codes, and regulations will be crucial. Moreover, you will mentor and guide junior BIM designers and engineers while collaborating with clients, consultants, and contractors to guarantee design alignment and project success. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and possess over 5 years of experience in MEP/HVAC design, with proficiency in BIM software such as Revit and AutoCAD. A strong understanding of HVAC principles, MEP systems, and relevant codes is essential, along with exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
