BIM Modeler (Revit & COBie)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient BIM Modeler with COBie experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing accurate and data-rich Building Information Models (BIM) using Revit or other BIM software, with a strong emphasis on COBie data management for asset information exchange and handover processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, update, and maintain BIM models across design and construction phases in Revit or other BIM tools.
• Integrate and manage COBie (Construction-Operations Building Information Exchange) data into BIM workflows.
• Ensure that models comply with project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and industry standards (e.g., ISO 19650).
• Coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Generate clash detection reports and participate in coordination meetings using tools such as Navisworks or BIM 360.
• Develop and manage families, schedules, and data extraction processes for facility management deliverables.
• Support the preparation of accurate 2D documentation and shop drawings derived from BIM models.
• Maintain model integrity, quality control, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior BIM staff on COBie data management practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
