Senior Barista - Speciality Coffee

As a skilled and enthusiastic Barista, you will play a crucial role in our cafe by showcasing your in-depth understanding of coffee beyond just brewing. Your passion for specialty coffee and willingness to experiment with flavors will be instrumental in consistently delivering high-quality beverages to our customers. Your key responsibilities will include crafting and serving high-quality coffee and beverages with precision, ensuring the perfect grind, brew, and extraction of espresso, steaming milk for various textures and latte art, as well as recommending coffee beans, blends, and brewing methods to enhance the overall coffee experience for our customers. Engaging with customers, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the barista station, and upholding consistency in taste, presentation, and quality control are also vital aspects of your role. We are seeking individuals with a genuine passion for coffee and specialty coffee, along with experience in espresso-based drinks, pour-over, and alternative brewing methods. Basic knowledge of coffee beans, roasting profiles, and extraction techniques, coupled with strong attention to detail and a dedication to excellence, will set you up for success in this role.
