Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Barista role based in Surat. The Barista will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the café, delivering exceptional customer service, and managing food preparation tasks. The role also involves interacting with customers professionally, recommending menu items, and upholding our brand's commitment to quality and consistency.

Qualifications

Experience or knowledge in Barista and Food Preparation practices

Strong Customer Service and Communication skills

Excellent Interpersonal Skills to build rapport with customers and team members

Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to adhere to company standards and maintain quality consistency

Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus

Education in hospitality, food services, or a related field is advantageous
