Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop, optimize, and maintain
complex PL/SQL queries
, stored procedures, functions, packages, and triggers.
Work extensively with
indexes
,
query performance tuning
, and
database optimization
to ensure efficient data processing.
Write and manage
dynamic SQL
,
cursors
, and other advanced database operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and improve backend modules using
Java
.
Troubleshoot performance issues and provide solutions for system stability and scalability.
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architectural decisions.
Develop reusable components, ensure coding best practices, and contribute to system improvements.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience in
PL/SQL development
and
Java backend programming
.
Strong proficiency in:

Index management
Query performance tuning
Optimization techniques
Writing and debugging
complex queries
PL/SQL
packages, functions, procedures, cursors
, and
dynamic SQL

Experience with backend application development in
Java (Core Java/Advanced Java)
.
Solid understanding of database structures, data modeling, and RDBMS concepts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality output.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Oracle Database or similar enterprise databases.
Familiarity with version control systems (Git, SVN).
Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
Knowledge of performance profiling and debugging tools.
