Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend services using Golang. 
• Collaborate with frontend teams to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. 
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices for distributed systems. 
• Write clean, well-documented, and reusable code, and participate in code reviews. 
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs, ensuring system reliability and scalability. 
• Implement robust security and data protection measures. 
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases and optimize data storage solutions. 
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows, including Docker and Kubernetes. 
• Lead and mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. 
• 610 years of professional

  backend development

  experience, with a strong focus on

  Golang

  . 
• Proven experience building and maintaining production-grade backend systems. 
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and

  OOPS

  principles. 
• Hands-on experience with

  RESTful APIs, microservices,

  and distributed systems. 
• Proficiency with

  Git

  and version control workflows. 
• Familiarity with

  Linux

  ,

  Docker

  ,

  Kubernetes

  , and cloud platforms (

  AWS/GCP/Azure

  ). 
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
