If you would like more information about how your data is processed, please contact us.We are seeking an experienced Senior Avaloq Platform Delivery Lead to manage the end-to-end delivery of complex Avaloq-based solutions within a high-performing financial technology environment. In this role, you will lead implementations, configurations, and platform enhancements while ensuring seamless integration across banking systems and operational workflows. You will use deep Avaloq expertise and strong financial domain knowledge to optimize processes, guide stakeholders, and deliver reliable and scalable solutions that support critical investment and core banking operations.
Key Responsibilities
Own the complete delivery lifecycle for Avaloq solution implementationsfrom requirements analysis and design through configuration, testing, and deployment.Configure, customize, and enhance Avaloq platform components to align with evolving business needs and regulatory standards.Implement and manage AQDQ functionality, ensuring accuracy, performance, and operational stability.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Wealth Management, Front Office, Operations, and Technology to convert complex requirements into effective technical solutions.Work with core modules and business types such as STEX, ASSET, SECEVT2, and LETTER processing streams.Perform ACP parameterization within Avaloq ICE IDE and optimize solution performance across the platform.Support and improve end-to-end financial workflows spanning FX, MM, Equities, Derivatives, and order/execution management.Provide expert-level technical guidance, troubleshooting, and platform support throughout delivery and post-deployment phases.Maintain architectural documentation, design specifications, and implementation artifacts.Champion continuous improvement initiatives, introducing best practices, automation, and emerging capabilities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Financial Engineering, Banking, or a related discipline.13+ years of experience in financial services or fintech roles.57 years of hands-on involvement with core banking or wealth management systems.Extensive expertise in Avaloq configuration, AQDQ logic, lifecycle management, and platform tooling.Strong functional understanding of multi-asset front-to-back banking workflows.Proven track record delivering large-scale core banking or investment technology solutions.
Preferred Skills
Avaloq certification highly desirable.Exposure to FIX protocol, Bloomberg data feeds, and market data integration.Familiarity with Java, JavaScript, PL/SQL, Python, ReactJS, Angular, NodeJS, and Git-based version control.Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
