We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Automation Test Engineer to lead and drive our test automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java, Selenium, C#, and SpecFlow, and a strong background in designing robust automation frameworks for enterprise-grade applications. This role demands technical leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on coding skills to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, and C#
• Implement BDD test scenarios using SpecFlow and integrate with CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and ensure coverage
• Lead automation efforts across multiple projects and mentor junior engineers
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and drive continuous improvement in testing practices
• Ensure alignment with industry best practices and emerging technologies

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 913 years of experience in software testing and automation
• Strong proficiency in Java and C# programming languages
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver for UI automation
• Expertise in SpecFlow for BDD test automation
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
