Senior Auditor

The role will be 100% statutory external audit but will also have an element of different types of audits.

This firm has 15 staff so is by no means a small outfit, but we have a “work hard, play hard” ethos with frequent social occasions from quiz night and dinner & learn etc.

Though we all work remotely, we put a face to a name every so often with team building activities.Main Duties:· Audit of statutory accounts compliant with auditing standards.

· Training and supervision of junior staff in all aspects of auditing and review of work produced.· Taking full responsibility (end to end) from the planning to the completion section.

· Supervision of junior staff · Appraisal of staff after audit completion.Qualifications, knowledge, and experience:· CA (ICAI full membership) (1 to 3 years post qualification experience and also ideal but newly qual considered)· Experience of supervising on Audit assignment.

· Strong IT skills · Experience in audit documentation (2 way referencing)
