Job Description

Hi, We are hiring for Sr. Associate User support

Position

Key Responsibilities

User Support Agents engage directly with Users to provide support and answer enquiries.
Answer phone calls, chat, and emails to identify and troubleshoot issues Users face when using Products
In providing the Services, meet and exceed the service levels and respective targets set forth in this SOW, including all metrics governing customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality.
Utilize support tools and resources necessary to provide the Services at a high level, including email, chat, telephone, and required internal tools.
Proactively identify improvements to the Products, identify bugs and otherwise determine high-impact opportunities to enhance the User experience.

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience in User support banking operations and customer Service
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
