Senior associate/Lead - Statutory Accounting

As a Senior Associate/Lead in Statutory Accounting at our company, your role will involve supporting various finance functions including statutory audit, statutory accounting, tax compliance, and TP accounting. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting the preparation and reconciliation of USGAAP to statutory financials - Assisting in the preparation of data packs and reconciliation for local tax compliance - Collecting, consolidating documents, tracking audit queries, and working closely with external auditors - Supporting TP/tax accounting and tax compliance audits for both tax and financial audits - Contributing to the development and maintenance of SOPs/desktop procedures - Utilizing your experience in working with financial systems, applications, and proficiency in MS Office applications - Demonstrating clear thinking, problem-solving abilities, and analytical skills - Upholding high moral, ethical, and personal values in all decisions, communications, and actions - Utilizing strong interpersonal, communication, computer, and soft skills - Focusing on customer service and being flexible with shifts Qualifications required for this role include: - 2+ years of relevant experience in Finance Shared Services, Audit & compliance activity - Education background in CA Inter, B.Com, M.Com or similar - Experience with JDE/ERP or Hyperion - Prior experience with an energy service company - Ability to work in a metrics-driven environment Join us in our ITES/BPO/KPO industry as a full-time, permanent employee, and showcase your expertise in statutory accounting.
