Senior Associate/Associate - Financial Due Dilligence

You will be working in the Deal Advisory- Financial due diligence service line at KPMG in India, located in Mumbai or Gurgaon. As an Associate or Senior Associate, you will be responsible for identifying key issues, conducting relevant financial analysis, and preparing comprehensive TS reports. Your role will involve managing and developing junior staff, establishing credibility with clients, participating in business development activities, and contributing to team morale. It is expected that you maintain business contacts at middle/senior levels and actively participate in practice development initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identification of key issues and conducting relevant financial analysis. - Undertaking smaller assignments or assisting in larger assignments under limited supervision. - Preparation of comprehensive TS reports, including reviewing sections compiled by other team members. - Managing and developing junior staff, providing timely and objective feedback. - Establishing credibility with clients/targets as a representative of KPMG Transaction Services. - Maintaining business contacts at middle/senior levels and actively participating in compiling proposals/business development activities. - Contributing to the effective working of the team and development of team morale. - Ensuring timely completion of risk documentation for all jobs as per applicable T&R technical/risk management policies. - Contributing to practice development initiatives such as sales, people, and solution development. **Qualifications Required:** - CA Mandatory,
