We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our clients with tax compliance and accounting services. This role involves working closely with senior professionals and clients to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with U.S. standards. Responsibilities include fi nalizing books, interacting with clients, preparing tax returns, and conducting tax research.
● Ensure all financial transactions are accurately accounted for in accordance with US GAAP.
● Support month-end close, including journal entries for accruals, prepaids, and reclassifications.
● Perform balance sheet reconciliations and financial analysis.
● Prepare U.S. federal and state income tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships (Forms 1040, 1120, 1065, etc.).
● Support state income tax fi lings, including apportionment schedules, extensions, and estimated payments.
● Research tax issues and assist with tax audits.
● Collaborate with clients to gather information and provide timely responses
● 1-3 years of experience in US tax and/or public accounting.
● Masters in Accounting required; CAs, Semi-qualified CAs
● Proficiency in QuickBooks; experience with Lacerte, Drake, or UltraTax preferred. Knowledge of US GAAP and tax reporting standards.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tax preparation software.
● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client service skills.
● Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
