Role Overview: Join our tax team at Macquarie and be a part of a supportive and dynamic environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that taxation deliverables are met in a timely manner while adhering to international tax compliance and accounting regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your solid tax and accounting knowledge as a freshly qualified CA (Nov 2024 only), with previous exposure to financial accounting. - Gain experience in tax accounting and exposure to IFRS, offering an added advantage. - Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication, relationship-building, and research skills. - Be proficient in using accounting systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Excel. - Comfortably work across different time zones. Qualifications Required: - Freshly qualified CA (Nov 2024 only) with solid tax and accounting knowledge and exposure to financial accounting. - Experience with tax accounting and exposure to IFRS will be advantageous. - Good written and verbal communication skills, along with relationship-building and research abilities. - Proficient user of accounting systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Excel. - Comfortable working across different time zones.
