Senior Associate, Service Desk Support

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our team at RSM Delivery Center (India) Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have 6-9 years of experience in banking or related fields.

• Strong knowledge of banking operations and processes, including service desk support.
