Senior Associate & Senior Manager - FAAS (IFRS/US/UK GAAP)

You will be responsible for leading and supporting Financial Accounting & Advisory Services (FAAS) projects, including IPO, SPAC, PPA, Carve-outs, and Fresh Start accounting. Your role will involve preparing and reviewing financial statements, MD&A, GAAP conversions, and accounting policies. Additionally, you will perform technical accounting research, governance, remediation, and readiness tasks. You will also conduct process optimization, reporting transformation, and data integration projects. It will be your responsibility to document current-state processes and contribute to the design of future-state optimized workflows. You will assist in designing reporting templates, data connectors, validation rules, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Moreover, you will deliver training, ensure quality deliverables, and manage team performance. Your contribution to business development, client stakeholder management, and practice growth will be essential. Qualifications required for this role include being CA / ACCA / CPA qualified with a strong exposure to IFRS, US GAAP, or UK GAAP. The position is open for Senior Associate (4-6 years of experience) and Senior Manager (8-10 years of experience).
