Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Associate or Senior Manager in FAAS (Financial Accounting & Advisory Services) at Bangalore (WFO Only), you will play a crucial role in leading/supporting various FAAS projects including IPO, SPAC, PPA, Carve-outs, and Fresh Start accounting. Your responsibilities will include preparing & reviewing financial statements, MD&A, GAAP conversions, and accounting policies. Additionally, you will be involved in technical accounting research, governance, remediation, and readiness activities. Key Responsibilities: - Lead/support FAAS projects such as IPO, SPAC, PPA, Carve-outs, Fresh Start accounting - Prepare & review financial statements, MD&A, and GAAP conversions - Perform technical accounting research, governance, remediation & readiness - Conduct process optimization, reporting transformation & data integration projects - Document current-state processes and help design future-state optimized workflows - Assist in designing reporting templates, data connectors, validation rules & UAT - Deliver training, ensure quality deliverables, and manage team performance - Contribute to business development, client stakeholder management & practice growth Qualification Required: - Candidates must be CA / ACCA / CPA qualified - Strong exposure to IFRS / US GAAP / UK GAAP is necessary Additional Details: The company is looking for individuals with strong knowledge of IFRS / US GAAP / UK GAAP and hands-on experience in transaction reporting (IPO, SPAC, Carve-outs, PPA), GAAP conversions, consolidation & close process support, and financial reporting. Proficiency in Workiva (Wdesk/Wdata), Axiom or similar tools, knowledge of ETL tools (Alteryx preferred), data integration & transformation, excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills are desired.
