Senior Associate-Resource Analyst

Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute processes for demand forecasting, bench management, and campus deployments. - Implement staffing plans to minimize unfulfilled demands and manage headcount/population. - Coordinate with project managers to capture demand pipeline projections and identify suitable staffing options. - Supervise, mentor, and provide support to team members, ensuring compliance with systems and meeting KPIs. - Provide strong reporting and analytics on business and operational KPIs, resolving scheduling conflicts and managing headcount. - Monitor and assign activities to team members, with a focus on relationship building and collaboration.
