Senior Associate Quality Flight Simulator

Role Overview: You will support the Quality Manager (QM) in executing the Quality Management System (QMS) and conducting engineering audits within the Flight Training Organisation (FTO). Your role will ensure that training and engineering operations remain compliant with DGCA regulations and industry best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Support the QM in defining the quality structure, policies, and procedures to meet regulatory requirements. - Assist in preparing and executing the annual quality audit program. - Ensure required skills, tools, and resources are available for effective QMS implementation. - Conduct scheduled audits, inspections, and monitoring activities, including audit planning, checklist preparation, and non-conformity reporting. - Ensure identified non-conformities are properly addressed and closed. - Support the authorization and renewal process for certifying staff and crew. - Coordinate regulatory audits conducted by DGCA. - Implement and monitor the organization's event reporting system and notify DGCA when required. - Assist in developing, updating, and implementing the QMS for Engineering as per AOC and DGCA guidelines. - Conduct regular compliance audits across engineering and training departments. - Support QM in identifying areas of improvement and driving corrective actions through instructors and AMEs. - Contribute to quality improvement programs and initiatives to enhance safety, compliance, and operational excellence. - Execute special projects or additional responsibilities as assigned, in alignment with the incumbent, reporting officer, and HR. Qualifications Required: Minimum Requirements: - Degree in Aeronautical Engineering - 5+ years of aviation experience, including at least 2 years in engineering audits or aviation safety compliance - Prior experience in DGCA-approved roles in FTOs, ATOs, Airlines, or NSOPs - Experience in implementing QMS for FTOs or aviation operators Preferred / Desired: - 8+ years of aviation experience with 4+ years in quality assurance or audits - Experience working with training aircraft - Certifications in aviation legislation, regulatory modules, or quality systems,
