Senior Associate Quality Consultant

As a Quality and Process Improvement Consultant at Infosys BPM Ltd., your role will involve building a process improvement culture in client processes. You will utilize various Continuous Improvement methodologies along with domain knowledge to identify opportunities for enhancing efficiency, effectiveness, and overall customer experience. Strong understanding of Improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma and LEAN will be essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Deploy Process Improvement framework for the engagement(s). - Conduct short or refresher (3hrs) sessions on continuous improvement at engagement level as needed. - Drive Bottom-up and Top-down opportunity identification workshops to create a pipeline of improvement opportunities. - Analyze process, operations, and business data to identify improvement opportunities. - Validate opportunities and create projects. - Mentor Process Improvement projects (YB, GB & BB) to guide operations resources in structured implementation. - Facilitate meetings with stakeholders for tollgate reviews and sign-offs. - Coordinate with lead developer for automation opportunity identification and project execution. - Govern the validation and sign-off process for project closures in the project management portal. - Provide guidance to project leaders for storyboard creation and updates in the project management tool of PI projects. - Create awareness and visibility for process excellence initiatives through training. - Develop process improvement case studies and share success stories with teams to highlight engagement performance. - Participate in client interactions to present process improvement case studies. Qualifications Required: - Education Qualification: Any full-time graduation. - Experience: At least 5 years of experience in driving Process Improvement projects/initiatives.
