Senior Associate, Quality Assurance

As an experienced Test Analyst, you will be responsible for the following: - Define test strategy and test planning to ensure comprehensive test coverage. - Analyze business requirements, identify test conditions, and design high-quality manual test scenarios. - Manage defects effectively, triage them, and prioritize based on impact. - Conduct integration/system testing across upstream & downstream systems. - Execute automation testing with at least 23 projects using tools like Selenium, UFT, or Cypress. - Write clean, maintainable, and reusable automation scripts in languages such as Java or Python. - Perform hands-on API testing with tools like Postman or SOAP UI in a minimum of 12 projects. - Apply domain knowledge in Life Insurance/Annuities or similar regulated industries. - Demonstrate excellent communication and coordination skills within the team. - Work in an Agile environment using tools like Jira and participate in QA activities within sprints. - Define and track QA metrics while having basic experience in Test data management. Qualifications required for this role: - Experience in automation testing with Selenium, UFT, or Cypress - Proficiency in Java or Python for automation script development - Hands-on experience in API testing using Postman or SOAP UI - Domain knowledge in Life Insurance/Annuities or similar regulated industries - Familiarity with Agile methodology and tools like Jira - Ability to define and track QA metrics - Basic experience in Test data management The company values individuals who continuously strive for excellence and are open to learning and growing in a dynamic work environment.,
