Position Overview: As Programmatic Senior Associate, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of programmatic campaigns across various Demand Side Platforms (DSPs). This includes campaign execution, performance monitoring, and optimization to meet client KPIs. You will also serve as a key contact for internal teams and external clients, contributing to reporting and providing valuable insights. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in ensuring the success of the campaigns while mentoring junior team members when necessary. Responsibilities: Campaign Management: Independently manage the execution, monitoring, and optimization of programmatic campaigns across DSPs like DV360, The Trade Desk (TTD), and Amazon. Optimization & Pacing: Proactively monitor campaign delivery and performance, ensuring KPIs such as pacing, and ROI are met. Identify opportunities for optimization and implement strategies to improve results. Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize DSP and Excel for daily analysis of campaign performance. Generate and deliver comprehensive performance reports with actionable insights for clients or internal stakeholders. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to campaign setup, performance, and pacing. Handle challenges such as under-delivery or poor deal performance. Client & Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (AdOps, Client Services) and external partners to ensure the smooth execution of campaigns. Communicate insights and optimization recommendations to clients and internal teams. Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and maintenance of quality control procedures for programmatic campaign implementation and optimization, ensuring best practices are followed. Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, sharing best practices and assisting them in campaign setups and optimizations. Required Skills: DSP Expertise: Proven experience in managing programmatic campaigns across multiple DSPs such as DV360, TTD, and Amazon. Demonstrated ability to manage simple to complex campaigns without technical support. Data-Driven Mindset: Strong skills in data analysis, utilizing tools like Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas) to assess campaign performance, pacing, and KPI achievement. Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in programmatic campaigns, including technical, delivery, or performance-related challenges. Communication & Reporting: Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher). Able to provide high-quality performance reports and communicate recommendations for optimization to both clients and internal teams. Certifications: Relevant certifications in DSP platforms (DV360, TTD) are required. Additional experience with brand safety tools like IAS, DV, or MOAT is preferred. Desired Skills: Cross-DSP Experience: Experience with more than one DSP platform, with a proven ability to manage various types of buys and targeting strategies. Brand Safety: Knowledge of brand safety providers such as IAS, MOAT, or Channel Factory, and experience implementing safety measures in programmatic campaigns. Basic AdServer Knowledge: Theoretical understanding of campaign tracking in AdServers for better campaign optimization.
