Senior Associate - Private Equity

As an experienced professional with 4 to 6 years of experience, in this role with CapitalSquare Group, you will be responsible for the following tasks: - Identifying and reaching out to targets for Private Equity investments. - Conducting financial and strategic analysis of potential targets. - Creating Financial Models, Pitch Books, Presentations, and other transaction documents. - Participating in the due diligence process and providing support to the senior investment team. - Managing relationships with Private Equity Funds and Venture Capital Funds. - Conducting industry and sector research to identify potential investment opportunities. - Overseeing the end-to-end execution of transactions. Qualifications required for this role include an MBA, CA, or Engineering degree. In addition, you should possess the following skills: - Ability to comprehend complex issues and articulate arguments concisely. - Strong numeracy skills and a working knowledge of accounting principles. - Proficiency in various valuation techniques and their practical application.
