Our team, which includes two Managing Partners have over 40 years of cumulative experience in serving every major industry. We are located in the Greater Kolkata Area. Role Description This is a full-time Senior Associate role that will require an on-site presence in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Associate will assist with various aspects of the firm's operations, including financial modeling, industry research, preparation of pitch materials, and data analysis. The role involves working closely with team members to provide comprehensive support for clients. Minimum 3 years of experience is a must. Qualifications CA/CS/Cost Accountant or a Master's degree in Finance Strong analytical and financial modeling skills. Knowledge of AI will have an edge. Should be aware of SEBI Laws/ Companies Act/ Income Tax Act/ GST and IBC Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to conduct in-depth industry research Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience with capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, or other aspects of corporate finance is preferred Strong work ethic, driven, and proactive Show more Show less
