Senior Associate, Onboarding

In this role at Plum, you will be a key member of the onboarding pod in the Mid-Market segment, dedicated to ensuring a seamless navigation of health insurance and benefits for both employees and employers. Your focus will be on customer success, prioritizing and assisting end users, and being the flag bearer of Plum as the first point of contact post-sale. **Key Responsibilities:** - Onboard corporate clients by coordinating with internal teams (Sales, Account Management, Product) and external insurers. - Guide HR/Admins and employees through the product onboarding process, strictly adhering to standard operating procedures (SOP). - Develop a comprehensive knowledge of products, systems, and processes to address customer queries via phone, email, or chat promptly and accurately. - Manage corporate escalations related to onboarding and collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve customer issues efficiently. - Drive customer retention by delivering exceptional service. **Qualification Required:** - 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Client Servicing, or Relationship Management. - Proficiency with modern tools such as Intercom, Slack, Google Suite, and Hubspot. - Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. - Strong attention to detail and skills in data handling and Excel. - Experience in a startup environment is a plus.
