The Functional Oracle NetSuite Managed Application Services role entails providing end-user support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the seamless operation of Oracle NetSuite. You will collaborate closely with clients, analyze business processes, and resolve functional issues across various Oracle NetSuite modules such as finance, supply chain, and manufacturing. An ideal candidate for this position will possess a deep understanding of Oracle NetSuite functionality, exceptional problem-solving skills, and prior experience in ERP support. ###Key Responsibilities: ####Customer Support & Troubleshooting: - Act as the initial point of contact for clients encountering functional issues within Oracle NetSuite. - Investigate and troubleshoot functional problems in Oracle NetSuite, encompassing financials, inventory, sales, purchasing, and reporting. - Log, prioritize, and monitor support cases through a ticketing system to ensure timely resolution. - Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues effectively. - Communicate the scope and budget for intricate issues and manage them accordingly. ####System Configuration & Optimization: - Assist clients in setting up, configuring, and customizing workflows in Oracle NetSuite. - Provide recommendations for system optimizations and best practices to enhance business processes. - Support clients through New Release updates and basic Integrations to ensure minimal disruption to their operations. ####Training & Documentation: - Develop and maintain end-user documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles. - Conduct training sessions for clients to educate them on Oracle NetSuite features and functionality. - Aid clients in comprehending system capabilities and implementing changes efficiently. ####Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: - Collaborate with consultants, developers, and business analysts to enhance system functionality. - Stay informed about Oracle NetSuite updates, new features, and industry trends. - Contribute to the formulation of internal support procedures and best practices. ###Required Qualifications: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting Oracle NetSuite. - Profound understanding of Oracle NetSuite modules, including finance, supply chain, sales, and purchasing. - Experience in system configuration, workflows, and user permissions. - Ability to troubleshoot functional issues and provide detailed solutions to clients. - Excellent customer-facing skills, with proficiency in conducting stakeholder interviews and capturing requirements. - Capability to identify functional and technical gaps in designs and communicate corresponding business benefits and costs. - Strong communication and customer service abilities. - Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple support cases efficiently. - Openness to receiving feedback from both team members and clients. ###Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with Managed Application Services and cloud-based ERP support. - Knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, or other Microsoft Power Platform tools. - Understanding of basic SQL formulas for utilization in Saved Searches. - Oracle NetSuite certifications are considered an advantage.
