Job Description

Role & responsibilities Define and strategize priorities to formulate and implement marketing initiatives specific to each product, aligned with the scope, vision and long-term strategy of NIPL. Develop robust, integrated marketing strategies and campaigns that drive engagement and conversions. Collaborate with agencies, platforms (directly and indirectly) and other partners to build, execute and measure innovative marketing plans, ensuring efficient budget allocation and ROI tracking for each campaign Carryout financial planning/ROI for each campaign and monitor utilization of budget Work on seamless execution and delivery of campaign deliverables Make Brand and marketing execution plan for running the campaigns/ advertising Liaise with Business development team for driving product visibility and penetration through marketing and relationship management for NIPL products and services Formulate the branding and marketing strategy for all products of NIPL, targeting channel partners, merchants and end consumers; design, plan and oversee execution of effective marketing campaigns within assigned budget for NIPL and its products and services Lead and manage the development of initiatives to drive product activations through targeted marketing campaigns. Drive end to end marketing campaigns and work with external agencies for collateral creation Manage End-to-end ownership of processes and documentation related to marketing campaigns, advertising and promotions. Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding campaign efficacy and insights along with plans for improvisation. Ensure audit compliance for all marketing activities and not just limited to maintaining databases and records Ensure timely delivery of ongoing campaigns to continuously re-enforce the usage of UPI/RuPay product and services. Gather customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement. Foster cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Business Development teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging. Continuously evaluate and adjust campaigns based on performance metrics to maximize impact. Ensure compliance with marketing governance, industry standards, and internal guidelines
