Job Description

Key Duties and Responsibilities: Process financial and non-financial transactions through internal systems per client and regulatory requirements Identify and resolve issues within defined processes Maintain investor and client documentation with proper audit trails Handle ad-hoc tasks and business initiatives independently Identify process gaps and contribute to troubleshooting and improvements Support, guide, and train team members Address complex queries and exceptions Demonstrate strong understanding of TA domain and transaction processing Review and maintain SOPs and process flow charts Implement process controls and suggest enhancements Understand and comply with regulatory and audit requirements Manage multiple priorities using effective time management Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (mandatory) 510 years of relevant experience in Transfer Agency processing
