Job Description

As the Manager of Pre-onboarding activities at our company, your role will involve overseeing the issuance of offers and providing compensation solutions across different geographies. You will be responsible for answering employee questions using available technology and information. Additionally, you will manage compensation benchmarking and fitments across various geographies and actively participate in internal and external audits in accordance with our company audit standards. You will play a key role in managing HR analytics, metrics, and reports, while also ensuring a comprehensive understanding of CnB programs, plans, policies, and processes. Identifying client-impacting issues and implementing solutions to enhance the employee experience will be part of your responsibilities. Moreover, you will lead and take part in cross-functional process improvement initiatives, effectively manage the team administering HR systems, and prioritize workload to facilitate strong collaboration with our Centers of Excellence (COEs) and internal stakeholders. Your role will also involve developing efficient HR business processes tailored to the needs of the business, actively participating in the centralization of HR systems, and offering high-quality HR guidance, support, and resolution to managers, leadership, and employees with a focus on enhancing the employee experience.
