Job Description

You will be responsible for managing the Pre-onboarding activities, including issuing offers and providing compensation solutions across different geographies. You will be the point of contact for employees, addressing their questions using available technology and information. Your role will involve overseeing compensation benchmarking and fitments globally and actively participating in Internal/External audits as per company standards. In this role, you will effectively handle HR Analytics, Metrics, and Reports. It is essential to maintain in-depth knowledge of Compensation and Benefits (CnB) programs, plans, policies, and processes. You will be expected to identify client-impacting issues, implement solutions, and drive process improvements to enhance the overall employee experience. You will lead and engage in cross-functional process improvement initiatives, manage the team administering HR systems, and other associated tasks aligned with group HR processes. Prioritizing workload and fostering strong collaboration with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and internal stakeholders will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Your role will involve developing efficient HR business processes tailored to meet the business requirements. Actively participating in the centralization of HR systems and providing high-quality HR guidance, support, and resolutions to managers, leadership, and employees will be crucial, focusing on enhancing the employee experience.
