As a Senior Associate L2 (DevOps/Platform Engineering) at Publicis Resources, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing secure, scalable, and reliable infrastructure across cloud and on-premise environments. Your responsibilities will include: - **Infrastructure Management:** Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure on-premises or in the cloud. - **CI/CD Pipelines:** Develop and maintain pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, and ArgoCD. - **Infrastructure as Code:** Write and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, Helm, or similar tools. - **Monitoring & Observability:** Build and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK. - **Automation:** Automate repetitive tasks and enhance workflows using Python or GoLang. - **Collaboration:** Partner with development teams to improve developer experience, tooling, and deployment strategies. - **Containerization & Orchestration:** Implement Docker-based solutions and manage Kubernetes clusters such as EKS, AKS, GKE. - **Security & Compliance:** Ensure secure practices across infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, including IAM, secrets management, and vulnerability scanning. - **Cloud Resource Management:** Own and optimize Azure cloud resources for performance and cost efficiency. - **Reliability & Troubleshooting:** Handle production issues, optimize system uptime, and participate in on-call rotations as required. - **Mentorship:** Contribute to DevOps best practices and mentor junior engineers. To excel in this role, you should have: - 7+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering. - Strong programming/scripting skills in Python and/or GoLang. - Deep expertise in the Azure Cloud Platform (AWS/GCP exposure is a plus). - Strong experience with Kubernetes, including deployment, scaling, and troubleshooting. - Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, and ArgoCD. - Proven experience with Terraform, Ansible, and Helm. - Strong understanding of Linux systems, networking, and architecture. - Experience with GitOps and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC). - Proficiency in monitoring and observability tools. - Solid understanding of DevSecOps practices and secure DevOps workflows.,
