As a Senior Associate L2 (DevOps/Platform Engineering) at Publicis Resources, your role involves designing, implementing, and managing secure, scalable, and reliable infrastructure across cloud and on-premise environments. Your expertise in Azure, strong programming skills in Python/GoLang, and experience with CI/CD, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure-as-Code will be essential for success in this position. You will be required to engage in hands-on problem-solving, collaborate with development teams, and mentor junior engineers. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Infrastructure Management:** Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure in on-premises or cloud environments. - **CI/CD Pipelines:** Develop and maintain pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, and ArgoCD. - **Infrastructure as Code:** Write and manage IaC using Terraform, Ansible, Helm, or similar tools. - **Monitoring & Observability:** Build and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK/EFK. - **Automation:** Automate repetitive tasks and improve workflows using Python or GoLang. - **Collaboration:** Partner with development teams to enhance developer experience, tooling, and deployment strategies. - **Containerization & Orchestration:** Implement Docker-based solutions and manage Kubernetes clusters (EKS, AKS, GKE). - **Security & Compliance:** Ensure secure practices in infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, including IAM, secrets management, and vulnerability scanning. - **Cloud Resource Management:** Take ownership of Azure cloud resources to optimize performance and cost efficiency. - **Reliability & Troubleshooting:** Address production issues, optimize system uptime, and participate in on-call rotations as needed. - **Mentorship:** Contribute to DevOps best practices and mentor junior engineers. **Required Skills & Experience:** - 7+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering. - Strong programming/scripting skills in Python and/or GoLang. - Deep expertise in Azure Cloud Platform (AWS/GCP exposure is a plus). - Strong experience with Kubernetes, including deployment, scaling, and troubleshooting. - Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, and ArgoCD. - Proven experience with Terraform, Ansible, and Helm. - Strong understanding of Linux systems, networking, and architecture. - Experience with GitOps and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC). - Proficiency in monitoring and observability tools. - Solid understanding of DevSecOps practices and secure DevOps workflows.
