Senior Associate - Institutional & B2B Partnerships

As a candidate for the role of working directly with the Founding Team to build the Institutional B2B vertical, your key responsibilities will include: - Managing all existing key relationships effectively. - Driving outbound efforts to identify and onboard new B2B partners across the BFSI space, including banks, wealth managers, insurers, NBFCs, and IFAs. - Building strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers. - Pitching WillJini's Estate Planning and Inheritance solutions to potential partners and assisting them in integrating our offerings into their client engagement models. - Collaborating with internal teams on new partnership initiatives, pilots, and co-branded campaigns. - Tracking and reporting on pipeline, conversions, and revenue contribution from partnerships. Your qualifications should ideally meet the following criteria: - 3-5 years of experience in BFSI sectors such as banks, insurance, wealth management, or fintech. - A strong understanding of financial products and distribution channels. - Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with senior stakeholders. - A self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to execute outbound business development. - Comfort working in a growth-stage, dynamic environment.
