Role & responsibilities Draft & file petitions for Probate, Succession Certificates, Legal Heirship Certificates, Gift Deeds, Power of Attorney, and other inheritance-related legal documents. Appear in courts and registrar offices to follow up on filings, submissions, and hearings. Coordinate with clients and families to collect documents, clarify requirements, and keep them updated on case progress. Assist in legal research & case preparation related to succession and inheritance law. Liaise with government authorities and court clerks for smooth processing of applications. Ensure timely closure of inheritance cases and maintain detailed records of filings. Support senior counsels and team leaders in complex matters involving disputes or contested wills. Preferred candidate profile LL.B. (mandatory); LL.M. (preferred but not essential) Enrolled with the Bar Council of India Experience 1-4 years of experience in litigation or non-litigation legal work Background in court procedures, filings, and documentation is strongly preferred Prior experience in inheritance, property, or family law matters will be an advantage Skills Strong drafting and legal writing skills (petitions, deeds, applications) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and authorities Good presence of mind and ability to handle on-ground challenges independently Knowledge of local court systems and procedural laws (Civil Procedure Code, Indian Succession Act, etc.) Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple cases simultaneously Proficiency in MS Office and digital documentation

Role & responsibilities Work directly with the Founding Team to build the Institutional B2B vertical Manage all existing key relationships Drive outbound efforts to identify and onboard new B2B partners across the BFSI space (banks, wealth managers, insurers, NBFCs, IFAs). Build strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers. Pitch WillJini's Estate Planning and Inheritance solutions to potential partners and help them integrate our offerings into their client engagement models. Collaborate with internal teams on new partnership initiatives, pilots, and co-branded campaigns. Track and report on pipeline, conversions, and revenue contribution from partnerships. Preferred candidate profile 3-5 years experience in BFSI (banks, insurance, wealth management, or fintech). Strong understanding of financial products and distribution channels. Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage senior stakeholders. Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to execute outbound business development.
