Job Title: Senior Associate Legal Document Processing Location: Gurugram Shifts - Rotational Position Summary: As a Senior Associate in the Legal Document Processing team, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing legal documents, including subpoenas, summons, and other legal correspondence. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining the confidentiality and accuracy of all documents. Key Responsibilities: Document Review Data Entry and Management Confidentiality Performance Metrics . Backup Support Qualifications: Experience: 2-3 years of experience in banking back office or legal document processing roles. Technical Skills: Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with banking terminologies. Typing Proficiency: Good typing speed to ensure efficient data entry. Education: Graduation from any discipline. Communication Skills: Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, with excellent comprehension abilities. Initiative and Commitment: Demonstrated ability to take initiative, complete assigned tasks, and work under pressure, including willingness to work overtime when required. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and a positive attitude toward continuous improvement. Prioritization and Conflict Resolution: Ability to prioritize important matters, resolve conflicts, and manage grievances effectively. Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in US shifts to accommodate operational needs.
