Senior Associate - Family Office

As a Tax Senior Associate at RSM, your role will involve individual tax planning and compliance, entity tax planning and compliance, as well as trust, estate, and gift tax planning and compliance. You will be responsible for planning and executing tax engagements as part of a collaborative team, reviewing work for quality results, delegating tasks to team members while providing coaching, and developing strong relationships with clients and professional advisors through outstanding client service. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute tax engagements, including tax compliance and strategic tax consulting - Review work to ensure high-quality results - Delegate work to team members and provide coaching for their development - Develop and maintain strong client relationships - Review clients" current tax processes to identify inefficiencies and provide enhancements for a better client experience and reduced tax exposure Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in accounting or a business-related field - 2-4 years of experience within Family Office, HNWI, or pass-through entities - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively - Excellent client relations and interpersonal skills - Outstanding organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities - Proficiency in tax planning, research, accounting, and tax compliance - Tax compliance review experience is a plus At RSM, competitive benefits and compensation packages are offered to all employees.
