Senior Associate Engineer, IT Software

As a member of Americans Tech Hubs, you will be part of a diverse, high-performing team focused on technical excellence. Your role will involve developing and maintaining software applications to support business processes and user needs in the software domain. Some of your responsibilities will include: - Writing, testing, and documenting technical work products following organizational standards - Debugging design-time and run-time problems efficiently - Designing new implementations and enhancing existing architectures - Identifying and correcting issues affecting operational reliability and performance - Following secure coding practices and looking for vulnerabilities during code reviews - Identifying opportunities for automation to improve team performance - Capitalizing on opportunities for simplification Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering, or related technical discipline - 1+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing large-scale solutions - Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, Javascript/Typescript - Proficiency in Front End Technologies like Angular/React, Deployment Technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, and Source Control tools like GitHub, Azure DevOps - Knowledge of Data management tools like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Integration/APIs Technologies like Kafka, REST, GraphQL, and Cloud Providers like Azure and AWS - Experience in Test Automation tools like Selenium, TestNG, Postman, SonarQube, Cypress, etc. - Effective verbal and written communication skills within the organization - Experience in Agile methodologies such as SCRUM and DevOps Toolchain methodologies The company, with a focus on caring for people on life's journey and a drive for innovation and excellence, offers unique opportunities for engineers to tackle complex challenges and pioneer cutting-edge technologies that redefine the travel experience.
