Role Overview: As a Senior Associate at PwC, you will be part of a team of problem solvers, contributing to solving complex business issues from strategy to execution. Your responsibilities at this management level will include but not be limited to the following: - Using feedback and reflection to enhance self-awareness and personal strengths, addressing development areas. - Delegating tasks to provide growth opportunities to others and coaching them for successful outcomes. - Demonstrating critical thinking skills and the ability to bring structure to unstructured problems. - Utilizing a variety of tools and techniques to derive insights from current industry or sector trends. - Driving daily deliverables within the team by assisting in work planning and reviewing your work and that of others for quality, accuracy, and relevance. - Contributing to practice enablement and business development initiatives. - Learning new tools and technologies as necessary. - Developing and implementing automation solutions aligned with client's business requirements. - Knowing how and when to use tools for a given situation and being able to justify the choice. - Communicating clearly and effectively, in a structured manner, when influencing and connecting with others. - Upholding the firm's code of ethics and business conduct. Key Responsibilities: - Use feedback and reflection for personal development - Delegate tasks and coach others - Demonstrate critical thinking in problem-solving - Extract insights from industry trends - Drive team deliverables through work planning and review - Contribute to practice enablement and business development - Learn new tools and technologies - Develop and implement automation solutions - Utilize tools effectively for different situations - Communicate clearly and uphold ethical standards Qualifications Required: - Dual degree/Master's degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Economics, Statistics, Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics from reputed institutes - 4-7 years of work experience in analytics consulting and/or transaction services with top consulting organizations - Experience across the entire Deals Cycle (diligence, post-deal value creation, and exit preparation) - Strong knowledge and proven success in business and technical areas such as analytics consulting, stakeholder interactions, business frameworks, financial statements, data visualization, and leveraging data intelligence software Additional Details: PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) is a global consulting firm with a rich history of over 160 years, focused on building trust in society and solving important problems for clients worldwide.
