Job Description

As a Senior Associate in Deals Strategy at PwC, your role will involve providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. You will analyze market trends, assess business opportunities, and develop strategic frameworks to guide clients in making informed decisions. Your responsibilities will include helping clients navigate complex transactions, identify risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to maximize value and achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Create and review delivery modules including vendor benchmarking, survey analysis, website scraping, slide creation, and intellectual property within the AC. - Assist with DS AC onboarding and training programs. - Drive day-to-day deliverables at the DS AC team by aiding in work-planning, problem-solving, hypothesis generation, and research tools. Review work for quality, accuracy, and relevance. - Proactively assist the team in client engagements. - Contribute to the development of technical and business acumen. - Work closely with US DS teams to support client engagements. - Demonstrate critical thinking and ability to solve unstructured problems. - Delegate tasks to provide stretch opportunities, coaching team members for results. - Engage with US counterparts to build trust and relationships and market the AC brand. - Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct. Qualifications Required: - 4 to 7 years of industry experience, emphasizing service delivery. - Proficiency in Data Visualization tools like Tableau/ Power BI and Excel/Google Charts. - Ability to handle multiple projects under stringent timelines independently and in a team environment. - Experience in primary and secondary research, analysis of complex data, and creating client-ready deliverables. - Relevant experience in private equity, commercial due diligence, target screening, and M&A advisory preferred. - Strong business acumen, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a professional setting. - Extensive experience in creating clear reports, graphics, and data visualization for clients and presenting findings. In the PwC Acceleration Center, you will have opportunities to learn new tools, implement automation solutions, and stay updated on M&A trends. The center focuses on self-awareness, effective communication, problem-solving skills, practice enablement, business development, and maintaining ethical standards. Please note: - Full-time position with flexible work hours based on project requirements. - No travel required. - Consulting experience or exposure to a multinational environment preferred. - Educational background: MBA from premier B-Schools, strong academic credentials, analytical ability, and leadership skills.,
